                                  BUFFALO CITY METROPOLITAN MUNICIPALITY

PRIVATE PROPOSAL: CLOSING OF A PORTION OF ERF 10133 AND A
                                    PORTION OF ERF 9790 MDANTSANE UNIT 2

Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 137 (1) of the Municipal Ordinance No 20
                of 1974, that a Portion of Erf 10133 and a Portion of Erf 9790 Mdantsane Unit 2 is
                closed.

Details of  the abovementioned  proposal  may be inspected  at  the  Town Planning
                Enquiry Counter, First Floor, City Engineering Centre, 26 Oxford Street, on week days
                from 08:00 to 13:00.  Any person who cannot write may come during office hours to
                the above office where a staff member will assist to transcribe that person’s comments
                or representations.  Written objections to the proposals must be lodged with the HOD:
                Spatial Planning and Development, P.O. Box 81, East London, not later than  20
                April 2017.
