LOCAL AUTHORITY NOTICE 1162 OF 2022

CORRECTION NOTICE

A.  The City of Johannesburg Metropolitan Municipality herewith gives notice that Local Authority Notice
                    628 of 2021 dated 23 June 2021 in respect of Amorosa Extension 51, has been amended as
                    follows:

By the amendment of Clause A.3(3)(a) to read as follows:
                       (a)    The erven shall not be transferred without the written consent of the local authority first
                              having been obtained. The local authority had limited the electricity supply to the erven
                              situated in Amorosa Extension 33 and Amorosa Extension 51 Townships to 210kVA, such
                              capacity is obtained from the Amorosa Extension 33 Township.
                       (b)    The  sectional  title  schemes  that  will  be  situated  on  the  Amorosa  Extension  33  and
                              Amorosa Extension 51 townships shall be notarially tied after the opening of the sectional
                              title schemes for electrical purposes.
