                NOTICE  OF  APPLICATION  IN  TERMS  OF  SECTION  41  OF  THE  CITY  OF  JOHANNESBURG
                MUNICIPAL  PLANNING  BY-LAW,  2016  AND  THE  Gauteng  REMOVAL  OF  RESTRICTIONS
                ACT,1996 (Act 3 of 1996)
                I, George Onatu of Geo-Onat Development Consultancy, being the authorized agent of the owner/s
                of  Erf  10  Bellevue  East  township  hereby  give  notice  in  terms  of  Section  41  of  the  City  of
                Johannesburg Municipal Planning By-Law, 2016 the Gauteng Removal of Restrictions Act, 1996 (Act
                3  of  1996)  that  I  have  applied  to  the  City  of  Johannesburg  Municipality  for  the  amendment  of  the
                removal  of  conditions  B  (b)  in  the  Title  Deed  T000008083/2018  to  allow  for  the  high  density
                development.  Particulars  of  the  application  will  lie  for  inspection  during  normal  office  hours  at  the
                office  of  the  Executive  Director,  Development  Planning,  Room  8100,  8th  Floor,  A  Block,  Metro
