                NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR AMENDMENT OF TOWN PLANNING SCHEME IN TERMS OF SECTION 21
                             OF THE CITY OF JOHANNESBURG MUNICIPAL PLANNING BY-LAW, 2016

APPLICABLE SCHEME:

Sandton Town Planning Scheme, 1980
               Notice is hereby given, in terms of Section 21 of the City of Johannesburg Municipal Planning By-Law, 2016,
             that I, the undersigned, have applied to the City of Johannesburg for an amendment to the Town Planning
             Scheme.
               SITE DESCRIPTION: Erf 517 Morningside Manor Extension.1, situated at No. 183 Kelvin Drive, Morningside
           Manor Extension.1.

APPLICATION TYPE:
               Section 21 for the amendment of land use scheme.
               APPLICATION PURPOSES:

The intention is to rezone Erf 517 Morningside Manor Extension.1, from "Residential 2" permitting 20
             dwelling units on the site to "Residential 2" permitting 40 dwelling units on the site, subject to conditions.
               The above application will be open for inspection from 08:00 to 15:30 at the Registration Counter,
             Department of Development Planning, Room 8100, 8th Floor A-Block, Metropolitan Centre, 158 Civic Boulevard,
             Braamfontein.
               Any objection or representation with regard to the application must be submitted to both the owner / agent
             and the Registration Section of the Department of Development Planning at the above address, or posted to
             P.O Box 30733, Braamfontein, 2017, or a facsimile send to (011) 339 4000, or an e-mail send to
             benp @joburg.org.za, by not later than 27 March 2019.
