           By-Law, 2016, read together with  Chapter 4 of  the  Town Planning and Townships Ordinance, 1986
           (Ordinance 15 of 1986) and Spatial Planning and Land Use Management Act, 2013 (Act 16 Of 2013), that
           a Land Development Application to Establish a Township on a Part of Portion 100 of the Farm Nooitgedacht
           434-IP, referred to in the Annexure attached hereto.

Particulars of the Application will lie for inspection during normal office hours at the Office of the Director:
           Planning & Human Settlements, Spatial Planning & Land Use Management Section, Room 206 Civic Centre,
           41 Braam Fischer Street, Klerksdorp, 2570, for a period of 28 Days from the 11 October 2022.

Any objections, representations and/or comments, including the Grounds for such objections,
           representations and/or comments with Full Contact Details, without which the Municipality cannot
           correspond with the person or body submitting the objections, presentations and/or comments, shall be
