                                         EKURHULENI METROPOLITAN MUNICIPALITY
                                          EKURHULENI AMENDMENT SCHEME F0394

It  is  hereby  notified  in terms  of  Section  6(8)  of  the  Gauteng  Removal  of  Restrictions  Act,  1996  (Act  3  of  1996)  that the
            Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality has approved:
                1.  The removal of Conditions 2(e), 2(f), 3(a), 3(c) and 3(d) in Deed Transfer T. 30284/2016; and
                2.  the amendment of the Ekurhuleni Town Planning Scheme, 2014, in terms of Section 57(1)(a) of the Town Planning
                   and Townships Ordinance,  1986  (Ordinance  15 of  1986),  by the  Rezoning  of  Erf  37  Libradene Township,  from
                   “Residential 1” to “Community Facility” for a Place of Education including a Dwelling House only, subject to certain
                   conditions.

The  amendment  scheme  documents  will  lie  for  inspection  during  normal  office  hours  at  the  offices  of  the  Head  of
            Department:  City  Planning,  City  of  Ekurhuleni  Metropolitan  Municipality,  and  at  the  offices  of  the  Area  Manager:  City
            Planning, Boksburg Civic Centre.

This amendment scheme is known as Ekurhuleni Amendment Scheme F0394. This Scheme shall come into operation from
            date of publication of this notice.

NOTICE IN TERMS OF SECTION 16(1)(y) OF CITY OF TSHWANE LAND USE MANAGEMENT BY-
                LAW, 2016 FOR THE REMOVAL, AMENDMENT OR SUSPENSION OF RESTRICTIVE CONDITIONS
                IN TITLE

It is hereby notified in terms of the provisions of Section 16(1)(y) of the City of Tshwane Land Use
                Management By-Law, 2016, that the City of Tshwane has approved and adopted the land development
                application for the removal of certain conditions contained in Title Deed T27463/2015, with reference
                to the following property:  Erf 1366, Sinoville.

The following conditions and/or phrases are hereby removed:  Conditions A and A(a) up to an including
                (e), B(a) up to and including (g) and (i) up to and including (n).

This removal will come into effect on the date of publication of this notice.
