                                     CITY OF TSHWANE METROPOLITAN MUNICIPALITY

NOTICE IN TERMS OF SECTION 16(1)(y) OF CITY OF TSHWANE LAND USE MANAGEMENT
                 BY-LAW, 2016 FOR THE REMOVAL, AMENDMENT OR SUSPENSION OF RESTRICTIVE
                 CONDITIONS IN TITLE

It is hereby notified in terms of the provisions of section 16(1)(y) of the City of Tshwane Land Use
                 Management By-law, 2016, that the City of Tshwane has approved and adopted the land
                 development application for the removal/amendment/suspension of certain conditions contained  in
                 Title Deed T010331/2004, with reference to the following property:  Erf 1477, Silverton Extension 11.

The following conditions  and/or phrases are hereby removed/amended/suspended:   Conditions  A,
                 B(a-g), C(a-d), D(a-c) and E.

This removal/amendment/suspension will come into effect on the date of publication of this notice.

PERI-URBAN AMENDMENT SCHEME 567PU

It is hereby notified in terms of the provisions of section 57(1)(a) of the Town-planning and Townships
               Ordinance, 1986 (Ordinance No 15 of 1986), that the City of Tshwane has approved the application for
               the amendment of the Peri-Urban Areas Town-planning Scheme, 1975, being the rezoning of Part a b c d
               e a of Portion 345  of the farm Grootfontein 394JR, to Special for Business Building, Shops, Offices,
               Medical Consulting Rooms, Clinic and Place of Refreshment, subject to certain further conditions.

Map 3 and the scheme clauses of this amendment scheme are filed with the Head of the Department:
               Department of Economic Development, Gauteng Provincial Government and the Executive Director: City
               Planning and Development, City of Tshwane, and are open to inspection during normal office hours.

This amendment is known as Peri-Urban Amendment Scheme 567PU and shall come into operation on
               the date of publication of this notice.
