CITY OF TSHWANE LAND USE MANAGEMENT BYLAW, 2016: NOTICE OF AN APPLICATION FOR A SUBDIVISION OF LAND IN TERMS OF SECTION 16(12) (a) (iii) OF THE CITY OF TSHWANE LAND USE MANAGEMENT BY-LAW, 2016 I/We, Carlien Potgieter of Teropo Town and Regional Planners, being the applicant of Portion 301 (a portion of Portion 2) of the farm Tweefontein 372-JR hereby give notice, in terms of Section 16(1) of the City of Tshwane Land Use Management By-law, 2016, that I have applied to the City of Tshwane Metropolitan Municipality for the subdivision/division of the property described below. The property is situated at 239 Pongola Road, Sinoville. The removal is for conditions B(f), C(a), C(c), and C(d) in Title Deed T63658/1993. The intention of the applicant is to legalise an existing carport on the property and unlock the potential for a future second dwelling house on the property.
