COMPANIES AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY COMMISSION (CIPC)

Notice Is hereby given in terms of and for purposes of the Acts mentioned in the Schedule below, that CtPC will be
             closed to the public from 10h00 on Thursday 29 March 2018 as set out below
             The CIPC Offices a t-
             >   the Department of Trade and  Industry Campus (77  Meintjies Street,  Block  F -  Entfutfukweni) in  Sunnyside,
                 Pretoria;
             >   Shop Number 3, Norton Rose House, Thibault Square, Riebeek Street, Cape Town;
             >   Shop  Number  L3-09,  Level  3,  Sunnypark  Shopping  Centre,  Cnr.  Steve  Bike  &  Robert  Sobukwe  Streets,
                 Sunnyside, Pretoria;
             >   Shop  Number  15-03,  Level  5,  Sunnypark  Shopping  Centre,  Cnr.  Steve  Biko  &  Robert  Sobukwe  Streets,
                 Sunnyside, Pretoria; and
             >   Shop Number 205, Level 200, Carlton Centre, 150 Commissioner Street, Johannesburg,
             and will re-open at Q8H00 on Tuesday 3 April 2018 following Easter Monday on 2 April 2018 (public holiday),

Therefor please take note that;
              a)  documents will be accepted on Wednesday 28 March 2018 until 15H30.
              b)  the day Thursday 29 March 2018 will be regarded as dim non for purposes of the stated Acts.
              c)  CIPC has introduced alternative filing methods in respect of e-mailing scanned documents to dedicated CIPC e-
                 maii addresses.  Customers are, however, reminded that the filing date of such documents will be Wednesday
                 28 March 2018 and that production activities will only be resumed after that date.
              d)  CIPC has also introduced fully automated filing channels for certain services for example, company address,
                 company financial year end changes, company and dose corporation annual returns.  When filing using a fully
                 automated channel, the date of filing will be the actual date that application is filed via such service
              e)  with regard to name reservations, aB reserved names which would have lapsed on Thursday 29 March 2018,
                 would now have their reservation date moved forward to Tuesday 3 April 2018 and will, therefore, only elapse
                 on that date,
