FINANCIAL REPORTING PRONOUNCEMENT 5
                                             SUMMARY FINANCIAL STATEMENTS

I, Dr Rob Davies Minister of Trade and Industry in consultation with the Financial
                    Reporting  Standards Council,     hereby publish the draft Summary Financial
                    Statements as Regulations in terms of section 29 (3) and (4) for public comment.
                    The Regulations will be effective for the financial year beginning on or after
                    1 January 2018.

Interested persons may submit written comments on the proposed Amendment
                    Regulations not later than thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this Notice
