NOTIFICATION OF DECISION TO APPROVE MERGER

The Competition Tribunal gives notice in terms of rule 35(5)(b)(ii) of the "Rules for the conduct
                of proceedings in the Competition Tribunal" as published in Government Gazette No. 22025 of
                01 February 2001, that on 27 May 2015 it approved without conditions the merger between
                Tsebo Outsourcing Group (Pty) Ltd and Thorbum Security Solutions (Northern Region) (Pty)
                Ltd, Thorburn Security Solutions (Southern Region) (Pty) Ltd and Thorburn Remote Monitoring
                (Pty) Ltd.

NOTIFICATION OF COMPLAINT REFERRAL
                The Competition Tribunal gives notice in terms of Section 51(3) & (4) of the Competition Act 89
                of 1998 as amended, that on 25 May 2015 it received a complaint referral from The Competition
                Commission against Tourvest Holdings (Pty) Ltd and Siyazama Trust. The Competition
                Commission alleges that the respondents are engaged in a prohibited practice in contravention
                of section 4(1)(ó)(i) and 4(1)(b)(iii) of the Competition Act 89 of 1998.
