NOTIFICATION OF DECISION TO APPROVE MERGER

The Competition Tribunal gives notice in terms of rule 35(5)(b)(ii) of the "Rules for the conduct
              of proceedings in the Competition Tribunal" as published in Government Gazette No. 22025 of
              01 February 2001, that on 06 May 2015 it approved the merger between Fidelity Security
              Services (Pty) Ltd, Fidelity Cash Solutions and Protea Coin Group (Assets in Transit and Armed
              Reaction) (Pty) Ltd subject to conditions.

              of proceedings in the Competition Tribunal" as published in Government Gazette No. 22025 of
              01 February 2001, that on 06 May 2015 it approved without conditions the merger between SA
              Corporate Real Estate Limited and SA Corporate Real Estate Fund and wholly owned
              subsidiaries /fixed property companies of SA Corporate Real Estate Fund and SA Corporate
              Real Estate Fund Managers.
