NOTIFICATION OF DECISION TO APPROVE MERGER

The Competition Tribunal gives notice in terms of rule 35 (5) (b) (ii) of the "Rules for the conduct
             of proceedings in the Competition Tribunal" as published in Government Gazette No. 22025 of
             01 February 2001, that on 18 December 2013 it approved without conditions the merger
             between Auto & General Insurance Company and Mua Insurance Acceptances (Pty) Ltd.

             01 February 2001, that on 19 December 2013 it approved without conditions the merger
             between Aspen Nutritionals, a Division of Pharmacare Ltd and The South African Infant
             Nutrition Business of Pfizer Nutrition.
