GREEN PAPER ON MARRIAGES IN SOUTH AFRICA

I, Dr Pakishe Aaron Motsoaledi, Minister of Home Affairs, intend in terms of section
                       85 of the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa (Act No. 108 of 1996) to publish
                       the Green Paper on Marriages in South Africa for public comments.

Interested persons and organisations are invited to submit any substantive

comments or representation by no later than 30 June 2021. Written submissions can
