               NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that under the provisions of section thirty-eight of the Deeds
               Registries Act, 1937, I, the Registrar of Deeds at KING WILLIAM'S TOWN intend to issue a
               Certificate of Registered Title in lieu of Deed of Transfer No. T79844/2001CTN dated 10
               October 2001 passed by :
