NATIONAL WATER POLICY REVIEW: UPDATED POLICY
                               POSITIONS TO OVERCOME THE WATER CHALLENGES OF OUR
                               DEVELOPMENTAL STATE TO PROVIDE FOR IMPROVED ACCESS
                               TO WATER, EQUITY AND SUSTAINABILITY

INVITATION FOR GENERAL PUBLIC COMMENT

I, Mrs Borne Edith Edna Molewa (MP), Minister of Water and Environmental
                         Affairs, having obtained Cabinet approval for consultation on the above policy,
                         hereby publish the updated policy positions for general public comment by
                         interested persons.

Interested persons must submit written comment on the proposed policy update
                         not later than thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice to:
