                   NOTICE IN TERMS OF SECTION 55 (1)-(5) OF THE DISASTER MANAGEMENT ACT

57 OF 2002, DECLARATION OF MAKHADO AND THULAMELA MUNICIPALITIES
                   AS DISASTER AREAS

Notice is hereby given in terms of section 55(1)-(5) read together with section 23 (1) of
                   the Disaster  Management  Act 57  of  2002 declaring  Makhado and Thulamela

Municipalities in Vhembe District Municipality as disaster areas due to infrastructural

damages to schools, clinics and other infrastructure by fires.
