NOTICE OF DIVISION OF LAND

The City of Tshwane hereby gives notice, in terms of Section 6(8)(a) of the Division of Land Ordinance,
                  1986 (Ordinance No 20 of 1986), that an application to divide the land described below has been
                  received.

Further particulars of the application are open for inspection during normal office hours at the office of
                  the Strategic Executive Director: City Planning and Development, Pretoria Office: Lower Ground 004,
                  Isivuno House, 143 Lillian Ngoyi Street Pretoria.

Any person who wishes to object to the granting of the application or to make representations in regard
                  of the application shall submit his objections or representations in writing and in duplicate to the Strategi
                  Executive Director: City Planning and Development at the above address or post them to PO Box 3242,
                  Pretoria, 0001, at any time within a period of 28 days from the date of the first publication of this notice.
