GENERAL NOTICE 344 OF 2013

DIVISION OF LAND ORDINANCE, 1986 (ORDINANCE 20 OF 1986)
               We, Khosa Development Specialists (Pty) Ltd, being the authorised agent of the registered owner of the
               remaining extent of the farm Nelie 856, Registration Division LS, Limpopo Province, hereby give notice in
               terms of Division of Land Ordinance, 1986 (Ord. 20 of 1986) that we have made an application to the
               Polokwane Local Municipality for the subdivision of the farm into 3 portions.
               Particulars of the application will lie for inspection during normal office hours at the office of the Manager:
               Spatial Planning and Land Use Management, first floor, civic centre, Landros Mare Street, Polokwane for
               a period of 28 days from 30 August 2013.
               Objections to or representations in respect of the application must be lodged with or made in writing to the
               Municipal Manager at the above address or at P 0 Box 111, Polokwane, 0700 within a period of 28 days
               from 30 August 2013.

VERDELING VAN GROND ORDONNANSIE, 1986 (ORDONNANSIE 20 VAN 1986)
               Ons, Khosa Development Specialists (Pty) Ltd, synde die gemagtigde agent van die geregistreerde
               eienaar van die Resterende Gedeelte van die pleas Nelie 856, Registrasie Afdeling LS, Limpopo
               Provinsie, gee hiermee in terme van die Verde ling van Grond Ordonnansie, 1986 (Ord. 20 van 1986) dat
               ons 'n aansoek by die Polokwane Plaaslike Munisipaliteit vir die onderverdeling van die pleas in 3
               gedeeltes gemaak het.
               Besonderhede van die aansoek le ter insae gedurende gewone kantoorure by die kantoor van die
               Bestuurder: Ruimtelike Beplanning en Grondgebruikbestuur, eerste vloer, Burgersentrum, Landros
               Marestraat, Polokwane vir 'n tydperk van 28 dae vanaf 30 Augustus 2013.
               Besware teen of vertoe ten opsigte van die aansoek moet ingedien word by of skriftelik gerig word aan die
               Munisipale Bestuurder by die bovermelde adres of by Posbus 111, Polokwane, 0700 binne 'n tydperk van
               28 dae vanaf 30 Augustus 2013.
