ALLOCATION, OTHER THAN AN ALLOCATION NOT INCLUDED IN  ANY SCHEDULE OF THE DIVISION
                OF REVENUE ACT, (ACT No.9 of 2021)

Notice  is  hereby  given  that  the  Acting  Accounting  Officer  of the  Department  of Arts,  Culture.  Sports  and
                Recreation intend to make allocations as per attached Schedule, in  terms of Section 29. (3) of the Division of
                Revenue Act, 2021  to  municipalities. In  terms of the Act any transfer to municipalities must be  published  in
                the provincial gazette before any transfer can be made.
