PROVINCE OF THE EASTERN CAPE

DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT, ENVIRONMENTAL AFFAIRS AND
                                                       TOURISM

REGULATIONS IN TERMS OF SECTION 69 OF THE EASTERN CAPE LIQUOR ACT,
                    2003 (ACT NO. 10 OF 2003)

I, Mcebisi Jonas member of the Executive Council responsible for Economic
                    Development Environmental Affairs and Tourism in the Province of the Eastern Cape,
                    acting in terms of section 69 of the Eastern Cape Liquor Act, 2003 (Act No. 10 of 2003)
                    (the Act) amend the Regulations made in terms of the Act published in Provincial Notice

No.35 of 2005, by substituting Schedules 1 and 2 thereof with the Schedules as set out
                    in the Annexure hereto. These Regulations will come into effect on 1 April 2014.
