ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS ACT, 2005 (ACT NO. 36 OF 2005)

APPLICATIONS FOR THE TRANSFER OF AN INDIVIDUAL ELECTRONIC
                      COMMUNICATIONS SERVICE (IECS) AND AN INDIVIDUAL ELECTRONIC
                          COMMUNICATIONS NETWORK SERVICE (IECNS) LICENCES FROM

OLOVA TECHNOLOGIES (PTY) LTD TO ROSHEL INVESTMENT (PTY) LTD
                                                    T/A ROSHCOMMS

1. The Independent  Communications Authority  of  South  Africa  (“the Authority”)
                  hereby gives notice in terms of section 9(5) of the Electronic Communications Act,

Act No.36 of 2005, as amended, that after considering the applications for the
                  transfer of  Olova  Technologies  (Pty) Ltd.’s IECS and  IECNS  licences to  Roshel

Investment (Pty) Ltd, the transfer applications were approved and the licences
                  issued to Roshel Investment (Pty) Ltd.

2. The reasons for the Authority’s decision on the applications are available at the
                  Authority’s website and library in Centurion, Block B, Eco Point Office Park, 350
                  Witch-Hazel Avenue, during office hours.
