INDEPENDENT COMMUNICATIONS AUTHORITY OF SOUTH AFRICA
                                                   NOTICE 149 OF 2018

PURSUANT TO  SECTION  4 (1)  OF THE  ELECTRONIC  COMMUNICATIONS ACT
                                             2005,  (ACT  NO.  36 OF 2005)

HEREBY  ISSUES  A   NOTICE  REGARDING  THE  FIN AL  RADIO  FREQUENCY
               SPECTRUM   ASSIG N M ENT  PLAN  FOR  THE  FREQUENCY  BAND  150.5  MHz  TO
                153  MHz.

1.   The  Independent  Communications  Authority  of  South  Africa  ("the  Authority"),  hereby
                     publishes  Final  Radio  Frequency  Spectrum  Assignm ent  Plan  for  the  frequency
                     band  150.5 MHz to  153 MHz.

2.    This  Radio  Frequency  Spectrum  Assignment  Plan  supersedes  any  previous  spectrum
                     assignment arrangements for the same spectrum  location.
