APPROVED AMENDMENTS TO THE JOHANNESBURG STOCK EXCHANGE ( "JSE ")
                                                    EXCHANGE RULES:

INTEREST RATE AND CURRENCY ( "IRC ") RULES

The Financial Sector Conduct Authority ( "FSCA ") hereby gives notice under section
                    71(3)(c)(ii) of the Financial Markets Act No. 19 of 2012 that the amendments to the JSE
                    Exchange Rules: Interest Rate and Currency Rules have been approved. Please be advised

that the rules have been published on the official website of the FSCA (www.fsca.co.za) and
                   the website of the JSE (,.vww.¡se.co.<<.).

The amendments come into operation on the date of publication of this notice.
