FINANCIAL MARKETS ACT NO. 19 OF 2012

AMENDMENTS TO JSE LISTING REQUIREMENTS

1 Dube Phineas Tshidi, Registrar of Securities Services,  hereby give notice under section
                     11(6)(d) of the Financial Markets Act 19 of 2012 that the proposed  amendments to the JSE
                     Listing Requirements have been approved. Please be advised that the Listing Requirements
                     as amended are available on the official website of the Financial  Services Board
                     (www.fsb.co.za) and on the website of the market infrastructure,  the JSE Limited
                     (www.jse.co.za). The amendment comes into operation on 30 April 2014.
