AMENDMENTS TO THE JSE EQUITIES AND DERIVATIVES RULES

Dube Phineas Tshidi, Registrar of Securities Services, hereby give notice under section
                   71(3)(c)(ii) of the Financial Markets Act 19 of 2012 that the proposed amendments to the
                   JSE Equities and Derivatives Rules have been approved. Please be advised that the rules
                   as amended are available on the official website of the Financial Services Board
                   (www.fsb.co.za)  and  the  website of  the  market  infrastructure, the JSE  Limited
                  (www.ise.co.za). The amendment comes into operation on 28 March 2014.
