                                          GAUTENG GAMBLING ACT, 1995

APPLICATION FOR AMENDMENT OF BOOKMAKER'S LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Bettagaming US (Pty) Ltd of 20 Baker Street, Rosebank,

Johannesburg intend submitting an application to the Gauteng Gambling Board for
                 an amendment of a bookmaker's licence, to operate the said licence from a second
                 licensed premises, and which premises will be situated at 23 Willow Cresent  , St

Andrews, Extension10, Senderwood, Bedfordview,2007. The application will be open
                 to public inspection at the offices of the Board from 5 January 2015.

Attention is directed to the provisions of Section 20 of the Gauteng Gambling Act,

1995 which makes provision for the lodging of written representations in respect of
                 the application.

Such representations should be lodged with the Chief Executive Officer, Gauteng
                 Gambling Board, Private Bag 15, Bram ley, 2018 or 125 Corlett Drive, Bram ley,

Johannesburg, within one month from 5 January 2015.

Any person submitting representations should state in such representation whether
                 or not they wish to make oral representations at the hearing of the application.
