IMPORTANT NOTICE
              The Government Printing Works will not be held responsible for faxed documents not received due
              to errors on the fax machine or faxes received which are unclear or incomplete. Please be advised
              that an “OK” slip, received from a fax machine, will not be accepted as proof that documents were
              received by the GPW for printing. If documents are faxed to the GPW it will be the sender’s respon-
              sibility to phone and confirm that the documents were received in good order.
              Furthermore the Government Printing Works will also not be held responsible for cancellations and
              amendments which have not been done on original documents received from clients.

NOTICE 2369 OF 2013

GAUTENG GAMBLING ACT, 1995
                                   APPLICATION FOR CONSENT TO HOLD AN INTEREST
                                       CONTEMPLATED IN SECTION 38 OF THE ACT

Notice is hereby given that GPI Slots (Pty) Ltd of 33 on Heerengracht, Foreshore, Cape Town,
                 8001 intends submitting an application to the Gauteng Gambling Board for consent to hold an
                 interest as contemplated in Section 38 of the Gauteng Gambling Act, 1995, as amended, in
                 Bohwa 1 Gaming (Pty) Ltd t/a Hotslots. The application will be open to public inspection at the
                 offices of the Board at 125 Corlett Drive, Bramley, Johannesburg from 30 August 2013.

Attention is directed to the provisions of Section 20 of the Gauteng Gambling Act, 1995 as

amended, which makes provision for the lodging of written representations in respect of the
                 application.

Such representations should be lodged with the Chief Executive Officer, Gauteng Gambling
                 Board, Private Bag X15, Bramley, 2018, within one month from 30 August 2013. Any person
                 submitting representations should state in such representations whether or not they wish to make

oral representations at the hearing of the application.
