NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR AMENDMENT OF THE TOWN-PLANNING SCHEME IN TERMS OF SECTION 56 (1)
                   (b) (i) OF THE TOWN PLANNING AND TOWNSHIPS ORDINANCE, 1986 (ORDINANCE 15 OF 1986)
              I, Danie Harmse, of the firm DH Project Planning CC, being the authorised agent of the owner of Erf 441, Brackenhurst
          Extension 1 Township, give notice in terms of section 56 (1) (b) (i) of the Town Planning and Townships Ordinance, 1986, that
          I have applied to the Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality (Alberton Customer Care Centre), for the amendment of the
          town-planning scheme known as Alberton Town-planning Scheme, 1979, for the rezoning of the property prescribed above
          situated at 9 Hennie Alberts Street, Brackenhurst, form “Special” subject to certain conditions to “Educational”, subject to
          certain conditions.
              Particulars of the application will lie for inspection during normal office hours at the office of the  Area Manager,
          City Development Department, Level 11, Civic Centre, Alberton, for a period of 28 days from 10 September 2014.
              Objections to or representations in respect of the application must be lodged with or made in writing to the Area Manager,
          City Development, at above address or at PO Box 4, Alberton, 1450, within a period of 28 days from 10 September 2014 to 8
          October 2014.

                 (i) VAN DIE ORDONNANSIE OP DORPSBEPLANNING EN DORPE, 1986 (ORDONNANSIE 15 VAN 1986)
              Ek, Danie Harmse, van die firma, DH Project Planning CC, synde die gemagtigde agent van die eienaar van Erf 441,
          Brackenhurst Uitbreiding 1 Dorpsgebied, gee hiermee ingevolge artikel 56 (1) (b) (i) van die Ordonnansie op Dorpsbeplanning
          en Dorpe, 1986, kennis dat ek by die Ekurhuleni Metropolitaanse Raad (Alberton Diensleweringsentrum), aansoek gedoen het
          om die wysiging van die dorpsbeplanningskema, bekend as Alberton-dorpsbeplanningskema, 1979, deur die hersonering van
          die eiendom hierbo beskryf, geleë te Hennie  Albertsstraat 9, Brackenhurst, vanaf “Spesiaal” onderhewig aan sekere
          voorwaardes na “Opvoedkundig” onderhewig aan sekere voorwaardes.
              Besonderhede van die aansoek lê ter insae gedurende gewone kantoorure by die kantoor van die Area Bestuurder,
          Stedelike Ontwikkelings, Departement, Vlak 11, Burgersentrum, Alberton, vir ’n tydperk van 28 dae vanaf 10 September 2014.
              Besware teen of vertoë ten opsigte van die aansoek moet binne ’n tydperk van 28 dae vanaf 10 September 2014 tot
          8 Oktober 2014, skriftelik by of tot die  Area Bestuurder, Stedelike Ontwikkelings Departement te bogenoemde adres of
          Posbus 4, Alberton, 1450, ingedien of gerig word.
