              Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 6 (8) of the Gauteng Removal of Restrictions Act, 1996 (Act 3 of 1996) as
          amended, that the City of Johannesburg Metropolitan Municipality has approved the following in respect of Erf 80, Craighall
          Park:
              (1) The removal of Condition (a) from Deed of Transfer T66279/95.
              This notice will come into operation on the date of publication hereof.

              Kennis word hiermee gegee ingevolge Artikel 6 (8) van die Gauteng Opheffing van Beperkings Wet, 1996 (Wet 3 van 1996),
          soos gewysig, dat die Stad van Johannesburg Metropolitaanse Munisipaliteit die volgende goedgekeur het ten opsigte van
          Erf 80, Craighall Park:
              (1) Die opheffing van Voorwaarde (a) vanuit Akte van Transport T66279/95.
              Hierdie kennisgewing sal in werking tree op die datum van publikasie hiervan.

                                   REMOVAL OF RESTRICTIVE ACT, 1996 (ACT No. 3 OF 1996)
                                                  NOTICE No. 271 OF 2014
              It is hereby notified in terms of section 6 (8) of the Removal of Restrictions Act, 1996, that the City of Johannesburg has
          approved that:
              1. The deletion of conditions B.(1) from Deed of Transfer T64573/98; and
              2. Sandton Town-planning Scheme, 1980, be amended by the rezoning of Remaining of Erf 1, Moodiehill, from “Residential

                1”, with a density of one dwelling per 2 000 m to “Residential 1”, subject to certain conditions, which amendment scheme
                will be known as Sandton Amendment Scheme 13-11893, as indicated on the approved application which are open for
                inspection at the office of the Executive Director: Development Planning, 158 Boulevard Street, Braamfontein, 8th Floor,
                A Block, Civic Centre, and are open for inspection at all reasonable times;
              3. Amendment Scheme 13-11893 will come into operation 28 days, the date of publication hereof.
