LOCAL AUTHORITY NOTICE 718

GAUTENG REMOVAL OF RESTRICTIONS ACT, 1996

Notice is hereby given in terms of section 6(8) of the Gauteng Removal of Restrictions Act, 1996 (Act 3 of
                1996) as amended, that the City of Johannesburg Metropolitan Municipality has approved the following in
                respect of Erven 11, 12 and 14 Bram ley Park:

(1)   (i)    The removal of Conditions B.(a)-(j), C.(a)-(c), D. and F.(ii) in respect of Erf 11 Bram ley Park
                      from Deed of Transfer T81377/1997.
                       (ii)  The removal of Conditions B.(a)-(i), C.(a)-(c), D. and H.(ii) in respect of Erf 12 Bram ley Park
                      from Deed of Transfer T69631/1995.
                       (iii)  The removal of Conditions B.(a)-(i), C.(a)-(c), D. and F.(ii) in respect of Erf 14 Bram ley Park
                      from Deed of Transfer T76081/1995.

(2)    The amendment of the Sandton Town Planning Scheme, 1980 by the rezoning of the erven from
                       "Special" for business, retail, showrooms and any other purpose of business, retail, showrooms and
                       any other uses which may be permitted with the consent of the local authority, to "Residential 3"
                       permitting 71 dwelling units per hectare, subject to certain conditions as indicated in the approved
                       application, which amendment will be known as Amendment Scheme 13-10620.
                       The Amendment Scheme is filed with the Executive Director: Development Planning, 158 Civic
                       Boulevard, Metropolitan Centre, A Block, 8th Floor, Braamfontein 2017 and is open for inspection at
                       all reasonable times.
                      Amendment Scheme 13-10620 will come into operation on the date of publication hereof.

GAUTENG OPHEFFING VAN BEPERKINGS WET, 1996

Kennis word hiermee gegee ingevolge artikel 6(8) van die Gauteng Opheffing van Beperkings Wet, 1996
                (Wet 3 van 1996), soos gewysig, dat die Stad van Johannesburg Metropolitaanse Munisipaliteit die volgende
                goedgekeur het ten opsigte van Erwe 11, 12 en 14 Bram ley Park:

(1)    (i)    Die opheffing van Voorwaardes B.(a)-(j), C.(a)-(c), D. en F.(ii) ten opsigte van Erf 11
                       Bramley Park vanuit Akte van Transport T81377/1997.
                       (ii)   Die opheffing van Voorwaardes B.(a)-(i), C.(a)-(c), D. en H.(ii) ten opsigte van Erf 12
                       Bramley Park vanuit Akte van Transport T69631/1995.
                       (iii)  Die opheffing van Voorwaardes B.(a)-(i), C.(a)-(c), D. en F.(ii) ten opsigte van Erf 14
                       Bramley Park vanuit Akte van Transport T76081/1995.

(2)    Die wysiging van die Sandton Dorpsbeplanningskema, 1980 deur die hersonering van die erwe
                       vanaf "Spesiaal" vir besigheid, kleinhandel, vertoonkamers en enige ander besigheidsdoeleindes,
                       kleinhandel, vertoonkamers en enige ander gebruike wat toelaat mag word met toestemming van die
                       plaaslike bestuur na "Residensieel 3" met 71 wooneenhede per hektaar, onderworpe aan sekere
                       voorwaardes soos aangedui in die goedgekeurde aansoek, welke wysiging bekend sal staan as
                       Wysigingskema 13-10620.
                       Die Wysigingskema word in bewaring gehou deur die Uitvoerende Direkteur:
                       Ontwikkelingsbeplanning, Civic Boulevard 158, Metropolitaanse Sentrum, A Blok, 8ste Vloer,
                       Braamfontein 2017 en is beskikbaar vir inspeksie to alle redelike tye.
                       Wysigingskema 13-10620 sal in werking tree op die datum van publikasie hiervan.
