              It is hereby notified in terms of section 6 (8) of the Gauteng Removal of Restrictions Act, Act 3 of 1996, that the Ekurhuleni
          Metropolitan Municipality (Edenvale Customer Care Centre) has approved that condition (j) and (l) in Deed of  Transfer
          T23301/09 be removed, as well as the Amendment of the Edenvale Town-planning Scheme 1980, by the rezoning of the

          above-mentioned property from “Residential 1” with a density of one dwelling per 700 m , to “Business 4”.
