PROVINSIALE KOERANT, 11 JUNIE 2014 No. 139 17 NOTICE 1441 OF 2014 NOTICE IN TERMS OF SECTION 5 (5) OF THE GAUTENG REMOVAL OF RESTRICTIONS ACT, 1996 (ACT 3 OF 1996) I, Servaas van Breda Lombard, of the firm Breda Lombard Town Planners, being the authorised agent of the owner, hereby give notice in terms of section 5 (5) of the Gauteng Removal of Restrictions Act, 1996, that I have applied to the City of Johannesburg for the removal of a restrictive condition contained in the Title Deed of Erf 41, Dunkeld, which property is situated at 64 Bompas Road, Dunkeld, and the simultaneous amendment of the Johannesburg Town-planning Scheme (1979), by the rezoning of the property from existing zoning: Residential 3, to proposed zoning: Business 4 (subject to conditions). The purpose of this application is to allow offices on the site. All relevant documents relating to the application will be open for inspection during normal office hours at the office of the Executive Director, City of Johannesburg, 8th Floor, Metropolitan Centre, 158 Loveday Street, Braamfontein, from 4 June 2014 until 2 July 2014. Any person who wishes to object to the application or submit representations in respect thereof must lodge the same in writing with the said authorised City of Johannesburg, Development Planning, Transportation and Environment, at the above- mentioned address or at PO Box 30733, Braamfontein, 2017, within a period of 28 (twenty-eight) days from 4 June 2014. Die doel van die aansoek is om kantore op die erf toe te laat. Alle toepaslike dokumente met betrekking tot die aansoek, sal oop wees vir inspeksie gedurende gewone kantoorure by die kantore van die Uitvoerende Direkteur, Stad van Johannesburg, 8ste Vloer, Metropolitaanse Sentrum, Lovedaystraat 158, Braamfontein, vanaf 4 Junie 2014 tot 2 Julie 2014. All relevant documents relating to the application will be open for inspection during normal office hours at the office of the Executive Director, City of Johannesburg, 8th Floor, Metropolitan Centre, 158 Loveday Street, Braamfontein, from 4 June 2014 until 2 July 2014.
