NOTICE IN TERMS OF SECTION 5 (5) OF THE GAUTENG REMOVAL OR RESTRICTIONS ACT, 1996 (ACT 3 OF 1996)
              I, Marzia-Angela Jonker, being the authorised agent of the owner hereby give notice in terms of section 5 (5) of the Gauteng
          Removal of Restrictions Act, 1996, that I have applied to the Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality (Benoni Customer Care
          Centre), for the removal of conditions (f), (g), (i), (j), (k), (l), (m), (n), (o), (p) and (q) contained in Deed of Transfer T48849/2008
          of Erf 3054 Northmead Township, which property is situated at No. 10 O’Reilly Merry Street, in Northmead Township and the
          simultaneous amendment of the Benoni  Town-planning Scheme, 1947, by the rezoning of the property from “Special” for
          Residential to “Special” for specialized retail for pet related products and including subservient and related uses.
              All relevant documents relating to the application will be open for inspection during normal office hours at the office of the
          Area Manager: Development Planning, Benoni Customer Care Centre, 6th Floor, Civic Centre, Elston Avenue, Benoni, for the
          period of 28 days from 11 June 2014.
              Any person, who wishes to object to the application, or submit representations in respect thereof, must lodge the same in

          Gauteng Wet op Opheffing van Beperkings, 1996, kennis dat ek aansoek gedoen het by die Ekurhuleni Metropolitaanse
          Munisipaliteit (Benoni Kliëntesorgsentrum) vir die opheffing van voorwaardes (f), (g), (i), (j), (k), (l), (m), (n), (o), (p) en (q) van
          Titelakte T48849/2008 en Erf 3054, Northmead Dorp, welke eiendom geleë is te No. 10 O’Reilly Merrystraat in Northmead Dorp
          en die gelyktydige wysiging van die dorpsbeplanningskema bekend as Benoni-dorpsbeplanningskema, 1947, deur die
          hersonering van voormelde eiendom vanaf “Spesiaal” for Residensieël tot “Spesiaal” vir gespesialiseerde handel vir troeteldier-
          produkte insluitende ondergeskikte en aanverwante gebruike.
              Alle verbandhoudende dokumente wat met die aansoek verband hou, sal tydens gewone kantoorure vir besigtiging
          beskikbaar wees by die kantoor van die  Area Bestuurder, Ontwikkelingsbeplanning, Benoni Kliëntesorgsentrum, 6de
          Verdieping, Burgersentrum, Elstonlaan, Benoni, vir ’n tydperk van 28 dae vanaf 11 Junie 2014.
              Enige persoon wat beswaar wil aanteken of voorleggings wil maak met betrekking tot die aansoek, moet sodanige beswaar
          of voorlegging op skrif by die plaaslikeowerheid by die bovermelde adres of by Privaatsak X014, Benoni, 1500, ingedien of gerig
