CITY OF EKURHULENI METROPOLITAN MUNICIPALITY
                                    Gauteng REMOVAL OF RESTRICTIONS ACT, 1996
                                     EKURHULENI AMENDMENT SCHEME NO. B0541
                                              ERF 1965, BENONI TOWNSHIP

It is hereby notified in terms of Section 6(8) of the Gauteng Removal of Restrictions Act, 1996 (Act 3 of
               1996), read with the Spatial Planning and Land Use Management Act (SPLUMA) (Act 16 of 2013) that
               the City of Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality has approved the application in terms of Section 3(1)
               of the said Act, that:

1.  Condition 1 in Deed of Transfer T34564/2018 be removed; and

2.  The Ekurhuleni Town Planning Scheme, 2014 be amended by rezoning Erf 1965, Benoni Township
                   from “Residential 1” to “Business 2”, (excluding medical consulting rooms) subject to conditions.

A copy of this amendment scheme will lie for inspection at all reasonable times at the office of the Head
               of Department: City Planning, City of Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality and at the offices of the Area
               Manager: City Planning Department, Benoni Customer Care Area, as well as the Gauteng Provincial
               Government, Office of the Premier, Gauteng Planning Division.

This amendment scheme is known as Ekurhuleni Amendment Scheme B0541. This Scheme shall come
               into operation from date of publication of this notice.
