58 No. 139 PROVINCIAL GAZETTE, 11 JUNE 2014 NOTICE 1549 OF 2014 NOTICE IN TERMS OF SECTION 5 (5) OF THE GAUTENG REMOVAL OF RESTRICTIONS ACT, 1996 (ACT 3 OF 1996) I, Tinie Bezuidenhout of Tinie Bezuidenhout and Associates, being the authorized agents of the owner, hereby give notice in terms of section 5 (5) of the Gauteng Removal of Restrictions Act, 1996, that we have applied to the City of Johannesburg for the removal of certain conditions contained in the Title Deed of Erf 2098, Bryanston, which property is situated at 343 Bryanston Drive/5 Green Street, Bryanston, and the simultaneous amendment of the Sandton Town-planning Scheme, 1980, by the rezoning of the property from “Residential 1” to “Residential 3”, subject to conditions, to permit a residential development on the property. All relevant documents relating to the application will be open for inspection during normal office hours at the office of the Executive Director, Development Planning and Urban Management, City of Johannesburg, PO Box 30733, Braamfontein, 2017, or Metro Centre, Room 8100, 8th Floor, A Block, 158 Loveday Street, Braamfontein, for a period of 28 days from 11 June 2014. Any person who wishes to object to the application or submit representations in respect thereof must lodge the same in writing with the said authorized local authority at its address and room number specified above, within a period of 28 days from 11 June 2014.
