NOTICE IN TERMS OF SECTION 5 (5) OF THE GAUTENG REMOVAL OF RESTRICTIONS ACT, 1996 (ACT 3 OF 1996)
              I, Tinie Bezuidenhout of Tinie Bezuidenhout and Associates, being the authorized agents of the owner, hereby give notice in
          terms of section 5 (5) of the Gauteng Removal of Restrictions Act, 1996, that we have applied to the City of Johannesburg for
          the removal of certain conditions contained in the title deed of Erf 2098, Bryanston, which property is situated at 343 Bryanston
          Drive/5 Green Street, Bryanston, and the simultaneous amendment of the Sandton Town-planning Scheme, 1980, by the rezoning
          of the property from “Residential 1” to “Residential 3”, subject to conditions, to permit a residential development on the property.
              All relevant documents relating to the application will be open for inspection during normal office hours at the office of the
          Executive Director: Development Planning and Urban Management, City of Johannesburg, PO Box 30733, Braamfontein, 2017,
          or Metro Centre, Room 8100, 8th Floor, A Block, 158 Loveday Street, Braamfontein, for a period of 28 days from 11 June 2014.
              Any person who wishes to object to the application or submit representations in respect thereof must lodge the same in
          writing with the said authorized local authority at its address and room number specified above, within a period of 28 days from
          11 June 2014.

Ek, Tinie Bezuidenhout van Tinie Bezuidenhout en Medewerkers, synde die gemagtigde agente van die eienaar, gee

          aansoek gedoen het vir die opheffing van sekere voorwaardes vervat in die titelakte van Erf 2098, Bryanston, geleë te
          Bryanstonrylaan /Greenstraat 5, Bryanston, en die gelyktydige wysiging van die Sandton-dorpsbeplanningskema,1980, deur die
          hersonering van die eiendom vanaf “Residensieel 1” na “Residensieel 3” onderworpe aan voorwaardes, om ’n residensiële
          ontwikkeling op die eiendom toe te laat.
              Alle relevante dokumente van toepassing op die aansoek lê ter insae gedurende normale kantoorure by die kantoor van
          die genoemde gemagtigde plaaslike bestuur by die Uitvoerende Direkteur, Ontwikkeling Beplanning en Stedelike Bestuur, Stad
          Johannesburg, Posbus 30733, Braamfontein, 2017 en by Kamer 8100, 8ste Vloer, A Blok, Metro Sentrum, Lovedaystraat 158,
          Braamfontein, vir ’n tydperk van 28 dae vanaf 11 Junie 2014.
              Enige persoon wat beswaar wil maak teen die aansoek of wil vertoë rig ten opsigte van die aansoek moet binne ’n tydperk

              Notice is hereby given in terms of section 5 (5) of the Gauteng Removal of Restrictions Act, 1996 (Act 3 of 1996) and
          section 56 of the Town-planning and Townships Ordinance, 1986 (Ordinance 15 of 1986) that Leon Bezuidenhout Town and
          Regional Planners CC, being the authorized agent of the owners of Erven 4505 and 4506, Northmead Extension 3 Township,
          has applied to the Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality (Benoni Customer Care Area) for:
              (1) The removal of restrictive conditions (3), (9), (10) and (11) contained in Title Deed No. T41024/06 relevant to Erf 4505,
          Northmead Extension 3 Township;
