                                    Gauteng REMOVAL OF RESTRICTIONS ACT, 1996
                                              ERF 22 SEBENZA TOWNSHIP

It  is  hereby  notified  in  terms  of  Section 6(8) of the  Gauteng  Removal of Restrictions Act, 1996  (Act  3  of
              1996), that the Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality has approved the removal of condition 2 (c) in deed of
              transfer (T 37301/2014).

The application as approved will lie for inspection during normal office hours at the offices of the Head of
              Department: City Planning, Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality, and at the offices of the Area Manager:
              Edenvale Civic Centre: City Planning Department.

                                       EKURHULENI TOWN PLANNING SCHEME, 2014
                                         EKURHULENI AMENDMENT SCHEME E0228

It  is  hereby notified in terms of section 57(1)  (a)  of  the  Town  Planning  and  Townships  Ordinance,  1986
              (Ordinance 15 of 1986), that the Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality has approved the amendment of the
              Ekurhuleni Town Planning Scheme, 2014 by the rezoning of Erf 187 St Andrews Extension 10 Township,
              from “Residential 1”, to “Business 3”, for offices excluding medical suites, subject to conditions.

The amendment scheme documents will lie for inspection during normal office hours at the offices of the
              Head of Department: City Planning, Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality, and at the offices of the Area
              Manager: Edenvale, Edenvale Civic Centre.

This amendment scheme is known as Ekurhuleni Amendment Scheme E0228. This Scheme shall come into
              operation on the date of publication of this notice.
