56 No. 139 PROVINCIAL GAZETTE, 11 JUNE 2014 NOTICE 1546 OF 2014 NOTICE IN TERMS OF SECTION 5 (5) OF THE GAUTENG REMOVAL OF RESTRICTIONS ACT, 1996 (ACT No. 3 OF 1996) I, Johannes Marthinus Spies, being the authorised agent of the owner hereby give notice in terms of section 5 (5) of the Gauteng Removal of Restrictions Act, 1996, that I have applied to the City of Tshwane, for the removal of certain conditions contained in the title deed of Erf 566, Menlo Park (Deed No. T43206/1979, which property is situated at 1282 Justice Mahomed Street, Menlo Park, and the simultaneous amendment of the Tshwane Town-planning Scheme, 2008, by rezoning above- mentioned property from Residential 1 to Special for offices. All relevant documents relating to the application will be open for inspection during normal office hours at the office hours, at the office of the said authorized local authority at the Strategic Executive Director: City Planning, development and regional services: Centurion, Room F8, City Planning Office, cnr. Basden and Rabie Streets, Centurion, from 11 June 2014 [the first date of the publication of the notice set out in section 5 (5) (b) of the Act referred to above], until 11 July 2014 [not less than 28 days after the date of first publication of the notice set out in Section 5 (5) (b)]. Any person who wishes to object to the application or submit representation in respect thereof must lodge the same in writing with the said authorized local authority at its address and room number specified above or at P.O. All relevant documents relating to the application will be open for inspection during normal office hours at the office of the Executive Director, Development Planning and Urban Management, City of Johannesburg, PO Box 30733, Braamfontein, 2017 or Metro Centre, Room 8100, 8th Floor, A Block, 158 Loveday Street, Braamfontein, for a period of 28 days from 11 June 2014.
