                                                    CITY OF TSHWANE

NOTICE IN TERMS OF SECTION 6(8) OF THE Gauteng REMOVAL OF RESTRICTIONS ACT,
                  1996 (ACT NO 3 OF 1996)

It is hereby notified in terms of the provisions of Section 6(8) of the Gauteng Removal of Restrictions
                  Act, 1996 (Act No 3 of 1996), that the City of Tshwane has approved the application for the removal
                  and amendment  of certain conditions contained in  Title Deed  T101059/2014,  with reference to the
                  following property:  Erf 544, Menlo Park.

The following conditions and/or phrases are hereby cancelled:  Conditions (a), (b), (c), (d), (e), (f), (g),
                  (h), (i), (j), (k), (l)(i)(ii), (m), (n), (o), (p) and (q).

This removal will come into effect on the date of publication of this notice.

AND/AS WELL AS

that the City of Tshwane has approved the application for the amendment of the Tshwane Town-plan-
                  ning Scheme, 2008, being the rezoning of Erf 544, Menlo Park, to Residential 2, Dwelling-units, with a
                  density of 45 dwelling-units per hectare, with a maximum of 5 dwelling-units, subject to certain further
                  conditions.

Map 3 and the scheme clauses of this amendment scheme are filed with the Head of Department:
                  Department of Economic Development, Gauteng Provincial Government and the Executive Director:
                  City Planning and Development, City of Tshwane, and are open to inspection during normal office
                  hours.

This amendment is known as Tshwane Amendment Scheme 3238T and shall come into operation on
                  the date of publication of this notice.

KENNISGEWING INGEVOLGE ARTIKEL  6(8)  VAN  DIE  Gauteng  WET  OP  OPHEFFING  VAN
                  BEPERKINGS, 1996 (WET NO 3 VAN 1996)

Hierby word ingevolge die bepalings van Artikel 6(8) van die Gauteng Wet op Opheffing van Beperk-
                  ings, 1996 (Wet no 3 van 1996), bekend gemaak dat die Stad Tshwane die aansoek om opheffing en
                  wysiging van sekere voorwaardes vervat in Akte van Transport T101059/2014, met betrekking tot die
                  volgende eiendom, goedgekeur het:  Erf 544, Menlo Park.

Die volgende voorwaardes en/of gedeeltes daarvan word hiermee gekanselleer:  Voorwaardes (a),
                  (b), (c), (d), (e), (f), (g), (h), (i), (j), (k), (l)(i)(ii), (m), (n), (o), (p) en (q).

Hierdie opheffing tree in werking op die datum van publikasie van hierdie kennisgewing.

EN/ASOOK
                  dat die Stad Tshwane die  aansoek om wysiging van die  Tshwane  dorpsbeplanningskema,  2008,
                  goedgekeur het, synde die hersonering van Erf 544, Menlo Park, tot Residensieël 2, Wooneenhede,
                  met ‘n digtheid van  45  wooneenhede per hektaar,  met  ‘n  maksimum  van  5  wooneenhede,
                  onderworpe aan sekere verdere voorwaardes.

Kaart 3 en die skema klousules van hierdie wysigingskema word deur die Hoof van die Departement:
                  Departement van Ekonomiese Ontwikkeling, Gauteng Provinsiale Administrasie en die Uitvoerende
                  Direkteur: Stedelike Beplanning en Ontwikkeling, Stad Tshwane, in bewaring gehou en lê gedurende
                  gewone kantoorure ter insae.

Hierdie wysiging staan bekend as  Tshwane  wysigingskema  3238T  en tree op  die datum van
                  publikasie van hierdie kennisgewing in werking.
