                       Gauteng REMOVAL OF RESTRICTIONS ACT OF 1996 READ WITH SPLUMA, 2013
                                              ERF 79 DUNVEGAN TOWNSHIP

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, in terms of Section 6(8) of the Gauteng Removal of Restrictions Act, 1996 (Act 3 of
            1996), read together with Section 50 (5) of the City of Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality Spatial Planning and Land
            Use Management By-law, 2019, that the City of Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality (Benoni Customer Care Centre),
            approved the application in terms of Section 3(1) of the said Act, that:

Conditions (c), (e), (i) and (j) contained in Deed of Transfer T260/2019 of Erf 79 Dunvegan Township be removed.

This application shall come into operation on the date of this publication.
