                   NOTICE IN TERMS OF SECTION 5 (5) OF THE GAUTENG REMOVAL OF RESTRICTIONS ACT, 1996
                                                     (ACT 3 OF 1996)
              We, Terraplan Gauteng CC, being the authorized agent of the owners hereby give notice in terms of section 5 (5) of the
          Gauteng Removal of Restrictions Act, 1996, that we have applied to the Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality, Benoni Customer
          Care Centre, for the removal of certain conditions contained in the Title Deed of Erven 1329, 7444 and 7555, Benoni, situated
          at 47 Princes Avenue (Erf 1329), 38 Elston Avenue (Erf 7444) and 48 Princes Avenue (Erf 7555), Benoni and the simultaneous
          amendment of the Town-planning Scheme known as the Benoni Town-planning 1/1947 by the rezoning of the property from
          “Restricted Business” and “General Business” to “Restricted Business” as primary land use subject to certain restrictive
          measures.
              All relevant documents relating to the application will be open for inspection during normal office hours at the office of the
          said authorised local authority at the Department City Development, 6th Floor, Treasury Building, Room 601, c/o Tom Jones and
          Elston  Avenue, Benoni, 1500 (Private Bag X014, Benoni, 1500), and  Terraplan Gauteng CC from 04-06-2014 until
          03-07-2014.
              Any person who wishes to object to the application or submit representations in respect thereof must lodge the same in
          writing with the said authorised local authority and room number specified above on or before 03-07-2014.

              Ons Terraplan Gauteng BK, synde die gemagtigde agent van die eienaars, gee hiermee ingevolge artikel 5 (5) van die
          Gauteng Opheffing van Beperkingswet, 1996 kennis dat ons by die Ekurhuleni Metropolitaanse Munisipaliteit, Benoni-diens-
          leweringsentrum, aansoek gedoen het vir die opheffing van sekere beperkende voorwaardes soos vervat in die Titel Akte van
          Erwe 1329, 7444 en 7555, Benoni, geleë te Princelaan 47 (Erf 1329), Elstonlaan 38 (Erf 7444) en Princelaan 48 (Erf 7555),
          Benoni, en die wysiging van die dorpsbeplanningskema bekend as Benoni-dorpsbeplanningskema, 1/1947 deur die
          gelyktydige hersonering van die genoemde eiendomme van “Beperkte Besigheid” en “Algemene Besigheid” na “Beperkende
          Besigheid” as primêre gebruiksregte, onderworpe aan sekere beperkende voorwaardes.
              Alle besonderhede van die aansoek lê ter insae gedurende gewone kantoorure by die kantoor van Die Departement
          Stedelike Ontwikkeling, 6de Vloer,  Tesouriegebou, Kamer 601, op die hoek van  Tom Jones en Elstonlaan, Benoni, 1500
          (Privaatsak X014, Benoni, 1500) en by Terraplan Gauteng BK vanaf 04-06-2014 to 03-07-2014.
              Enige persoon wat beswaar wil maak en/of vertoë wil rig ten opsigte van die aansoek, moet sodanige besware of vertoë

          NOTICE FOR THE REMOVAL OF RESTRICTIVE CONDITIONS IN TERMS OF SECTION 5 OF THE GAUTENG REMOVAL
                                        OF RESTRICTIONS ACT, 1996 (ACT 3 OF 1996)
              I, Elize Castelyn from Elize Castelyn Town Planners, being the authorised agent of the owner hereby give notice in terms
          of section 5 of the Gauteng Removal of Restrictions Act, 1996 (Act 3 of 1996), that we have applied to the City of Tshwane for
          the Removal of certain conditions as contained in the Title Deed (T93538/2012) of Portions Re/264, 386 and 387 of the farm
          Witfontein 301 JR which properties are situated at respectively No. 25, No. 29 and No. 27 Fourth Street, Heatherdale
          Agricultural Holdings as part of the pre-proclamation conditions as set out in the conditions of establishment of the Township
          Heatherview Extension 67.
              All relevant documents relating to the application will be open for inspection during normal office hours at the office of the
          said authorized local authority at The Strategic Executive Director: City Planning and Development Akasia: Akasia Municipal
          Complex, 485 Heinrich Avenue, Karenpark, from 4 June 2014 until 2 July 2014.
              Any person who wishes to object to the application or submit representation in respect thereof must lodge the same in
