AANSOEK OM WYSIGING VAN MAFIKENG DORPSBEPLANNINGSKEMA, 1998, IN TERME VAN ARTIKEL 17 VAN DIE GRONDGEBRUIKS BEPLANNING ORDINANSIE, NO. 15 VAN 1985 SAAMGELEES MET DIE WET OP RUIMTELIKE BEPLANNING EN GRONDGEBRUIKSBESTUUR, 2013 (WET 16 VAN 2013): ERF 1193, MAFIKENG UITBREIDING 11, GELEE IN DIE MAFIKENG PLAASLIKE MUNISIPALITEIT, REGISTRASIE AFDELING J.O., PROVINSIE NOORD WES Kennis geskied hiermee in terme van die Grondgebruiksbeplanning Ordinansie, No. 15 van 1985, gelees saam die Wet op Ruimtelike Beplanning en Grondgebruiksbestuur, 2013 (wet 16 van 2013) dat ondergemelde aansoek deur die Mahikeng Plaaslike Munisipaliteit ontvang is en ter insae beskikbaar is gedurende gewone kantoorure te die kantoor van die Munisipale Bestuurder van Mahikeng Munisipale Kantore, Universiteitweg Mmbatho. Enige beswaar/vertoë moet skriftelik,of mondelings, indien nie kan skryf nie, by of tot die Kantoor van die Direkteur: Beplanning en Ontwikkelilng by bo- staande adres en/of Telefoon Nommer 018 389 0351 / 0469 / 0353, gedurende gewone kantoor ure of by die Applikant ingedien word voor die sluitingsdatum vir die indiening van besware/vertoë, met vermelding van bogenoemde opskrif, die beswaarmaker se belang in die saak, die grond(e) van die beswaar/vertoë, die beswaarmaker se erf en telefoonnommers en adres.
