               NOTICE IN TERMS OF THE PROVISIONS OF THE CITY OF JOHANNESBURG MUNICIPAL
                                               PLANNING BY-LAW, 2016

I, Eduard W. van der Linde, being the authorized agent of the owner of Erf 354 Lombardy East,
               hereby give notice of an application submitted to the City of Johannesburg in terms of Section
               21 of the Planning By-Law, for the amendment of the Johannesburg Land Use Scheme, 2018,
               in respect of the above property situate at 75 Queen Alexandra Road. The site measures
               10117m² in extent. The current zoning is part “Residential 1” and part “Residential 4” and the
               intention is to rezone the “Residential 4” part back to “Residential 1”.

The application will be open for inspection from 08:00 to 15:30 at the Registration Counter,

               Development Planning, 8  Floor, A-Block, Metro Centre, 158 Civic Boulevard, Braamfontein, for
               a period of 28 days from 27 February 2019.

Objections to, or representations in respect of the application, must be submitted in writing to
               the E.D.: Development Planning, at the above address, or posted to P.O. Box 30733,
               Braamfontein, 2017, or transmitted per facsimile to (011) 339-4000, or transmitted per e-mail to
               ObjectionsPlanning@joburg.org.za, by not later than 27 March 2019. The owner/agent can also
