LABOUR RELATIONS ACT, 1995

CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION OF AN EMPLOYERS' ORGANISATION

I, Johannes Theodorus Crouse, Registrar of Labour Relations, hereby, as required by Section
                109(2) of the Act, give notice that I have in terms of Section 106(2A) cancelled the
                registration of High Speed Steel Cutting Tool Manufacturers' Association (LR 2/6/3/169)

with effect from     6 71                  .4:97(/

Any person who is aggrieved by the deci     regarding the cancellation of the registration of
                the employers' organisation may lodge an appeal with the Labour Court against the decision
                in terms of Section 111 of the Act.
