METAL AND ENGINEERING INDUSTRIES BARGAINING COUNCIL: RENEWAL OF

PERIOD OF OPERATION OF THE MAIN COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT

I, MILDRED NELISIWE OLIPHANT, the Minister of Labour, hereby, in terms of section
                   32(6) (a) (ii) read with section 32 (5) of the Labour Relations Act, 1995, declare the
                   provisions of Government Notice Nos. R. 268 of 12 April 2013 and R 314 26 April 2014
                   to be effective from the date of publication of this notice and for a further period ending
                   30 June 2017.
