COMMISSION FOR CONCILIATION, MEDIATION AND ARBITRATION

TARIFF OF FEES

In terms of section 115(2A)(I) read with section 123(2) of the Labour Relations Act, No 66 of
               1995, the Governing Body of the Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration has
               repealed the Tariff of Fees published under Government Notice R220 of 28 March 2013 and
               established the following Tariff of Fees which will take effect on 1 April 2014:

TARIFF OF FEES

The Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration may charge a fee in accordance
               with the tariff shown in Column 3 of Table 1 for the purpose listed in Column 2 of that Table.
               All fees exclude VAT and are rounded off to the nearest rand.
