                         LAND AND AGRICULTURAL DEVELOPMENT BANK ACT, 2002:
                   REPEAL OF STAFF REGULATIONS MADE IN TERMS OF LAND BANK ACT,
                                                          1944

The Minister of Finance, acting in terms of section 49(1), read with section 52(1), of
                the Land and Agricultural Development Bank Act, 2002 (Act No. 15 of 2002), has
                repealed the Staff Regulations and all amendments thereto, made in terms of section
                69(1)(b) of the Land Bank Act, 1944 (Act No. 13 of 1944), with effect from the date of
                publication of this notice in the Gazette.

                 HERROEPING VAN PERSONEELREGULASIES INGEVOLGE LANDBANKWET,
                                                1944, UITGEVAARDIG

Die Minister van Finansies het, handelend ingevolge artikel 49(1), saamgelees met
                artikel 52(1), van die Wet op die Land-en Landbou-ontwikkelingsbank, 2002 (Wet No.
                15 van 2002), die Personeelregulasies en alle wysigings daartoe, ingevolge artikel
               69(1)(b) van die Landbankwet, 1944 (Wet No. 13 van 1944) uitgevaardig, herroep met
                ingang van die datum van publikasie van hierdie kennisgewing in die Staatskoerant.
