NOTICE 150 OF 2018
              GENERAL NOTICE IN TERMS OF SECTION 7(1) OF THE LAND TITLE ADJUSTMENT ACT, 1993 (ACT NO. 111 OF 1993)

Notice is hereby given  in terms of section 7 (1) of the Land Title Adjustment Act (Act No.  111  of 1993), that applications for title
            adjustments were submitted to the Commissioner in respect of portions of the farms Witfontein  1 JS, Tweefontein  154 JR and
            Toiskraal  6  JS  in  the  district  of Sekhukhune  Limpopo  Province  (designated  land)  in  terms  of section  6  of the Act.  The
            applications for title adjustments in respect of the below mentioned portions of the farms are open for inspection for the period of 2
            months from the date of publication of this notice on 23rd March 2018.

The Commissioner is calling upon any person who wishes to object to the granting of any applications for title adjustments in respect of the
            below mentioned portions of the farms, to furnish his objection and the grounds thereof, supported by sworn or solemnly affirmed declaration

and such documents as he/she may be able to submit, to the Commissioner within a period of 30 days after the expiration of the said period of
            inspection.
