Removal	of	Restrictions	in	terms	of	the	Spatial	Planning	and	Land	Use	Management	Act	2013	(Act	16
               of	2013)	and	the	Buffalo	City	Metropolitan	Municipality	Spatial	Planning	and	Land	Use	Management
               By-Law	(2016).

Under	Section	47	of	the	Spatial	Planning	and	Land	Use	Management	Act	2013	(Act	16	of	2013)	read
               with	Section	59	of	the	Buffalo	City	Metropolitan	Municipal	Spatial	Planning	&	Land	Use	Management
               Bylaw	of	2016	and	upon	instructions	of	the	Local	Authority	a	notice	is	hereby	given	that	conditions
               C.	(1)-(5)	found	in	Deed	of	Transfer	No.	T3074/2007,	applicable	to	Erf	9449	East	London	are	hereby
               removed.

Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 73 of the Matatiele Local
              Municipality's Spatial Planning and Land Use Management By-Laws, Section
              30(1) of the Land Use Planning Ordinance No. 15 of 1985 and Section 37(2) of
              the Land Survey Act 8 of 1997, that Public Place, Erf 89 Maluti, be
              permanently closed.
